Questions about the money

The engineer's pay, our margin, and everything operational: contracts, payroll, tax compliance, equipment, software, paid-leave cover and the account manager. There is no second invoice.

Because it is the first question finance asks and the one most marketplaces will not answer. Publishing it means we compete on the quality of the match, not on how well we hide the spread.

No. You are invoiced monthly for hours worked, and the first two weeks are cancellable in full.

Slightly. Fewer hours means more context-switching for the same output, and we would rather price that honestly than pretend it is free.

Sales is a flat monthly fee per rep rather than an hourly rate, because the output is meetings booked rather than hours billed. Everything else — employment, tooling, ramp — is included the same way.

Two weeks' notice on engineering, 30 days on sales. Inside the trial window no invoice is raised at all. No minimum term and no exit fee.

They use loaded local cost — salary plus statutory employer costs — for an equivalent in-house hire. Send us your real numbers and we will model your actual position.
